The house is located in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to the public transport connections, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Brunico. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The accommodation is good for sporty couples, families with kids as well as business travelers and solo travelers.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
