Monthly Rentals in Stanwood

This place was perfect for a week's stay. Very close to Big Rapids. In less than. 10 minutes you can be at any number of restaurants, or grocery stores. There is a gas station 1 minute away, and it's less than 10 minutes to US131 which is a straight shot to Grand Rapids, or further into Northern Michigan. The little community is quiet, and other than a couple neighbors leaving their dogs off leash, we had a great stay with our pups. It really felt like we were right at home. Arturo also keeps things well stocked. Plenty of TP, paper towel, soap/shampoo, trash bags etc. All you need to bring is food! Would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend! It was perfect for the 3 couples to enjoy time together in a beautiful setting. We loved spending time on the large deck talking, playing games, and eating outdoors while looking at the lake. The deck has such a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and cooking together in the large kitchen. We loved how big and open the living space is in this home.

This place was amazing- the online pictures were an accurate depiction of the space. So clean, new, and upscale! Zachary was super great with communication. We felt so welcomed and comfortable!

Jonathan is a great host, respond to my questions on a timely manner. The place is the cleanest and very homey. Will definitely recommend.
