Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

The studio apartment is full of panache and very chic. It consists of a bridge wardrobe with two beds, a kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom and a terrace. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

They offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to the beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in St.Novalja. This appartment has beautiful view and below is the beach. Now we offer off season prices for September and even more lower for October (those months are very pleasant and peaceful to be in Stara Novalja)
