Apartment for up to 4 people. Close to the beach, the town centre, restaurants and the bus station. Balcony with sea view. Completely renewed in 2024. There are air-conditioning units in 2 rooms. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom. It has about 33 m2, free WiFi, parking, air conditioning, and a barbecue in the yard. The bedroom has a double bed for two people and a sofa bed in the living room that folds out into a twin-sized bed. It is located about 200 metres from the beach and the bus stop. To the center 750 m.

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

We're just 15 meters from the beach and a short 100 meters from the city Planjka beach, which offers a range of water sports. Plus, a restaurant is only 5 meters away and the nearest mini market is 1 km away (a larger supermarket is located 2.5 km from our property)

You’ll love my place because you are staying in wonderful nature,situated at hamlet Škuncini stani, but still not far away(6km) from city of Novalja, where are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). House is fully equiped for 8 persons. Gas heating water for showering. Air conditioner in each bedroom. We are always at your disposal!
