The house is super well equipped, it has everything you need. The rooms are good and everything was organized. For being in a small condominium the houses were built very close to each other, so it takes away some of the privacy. It's a good place to stay in the black mountain range.

Casa Sol Nascente da Kátia An excellent accommodation option! The house is cozy, spacious and very well cared for. The rooms are large, airy and with extremely comfortable beds. The toilets perfectly meet the needs, all equipped with new electric showers. The kitchen is large, very well equipped and ideal for those who like to cook. The leisure area is wonderful, perfect for moments of rest and fun. The location of the house is also excellent, making it easy to access several points of the city. About the Host: Simply spotless! Kátia is very attentive, resolute and still offers great tips for bars and restaurants in the area. We would definitely return!

The house is in a quiet place, close to downtown. The host responds fast, clean and comfortable home, excellent pool, ventilated area and spacious. Just as a negative point, not the house, it is the streets outside the center that are of beaten ground, this is all over the city. But the house in yes is a great place to stay with family and friends, I recommend.

The house is exactly the same as it shows in the images, excellent family space, the large rooms with clean-bed clothes, 100% equipped and complete kitchen. It was family and everyone loved it!!

We found the house exactly as stated in the listing. The rustic decor along with beautiful landscaping, lighting and climate in the area, make it even more inviting the evening for a family encounter. Everything in very good taste and impeccable organization. Bed and bath linen very clean and of good quality. Mr. Isnaldo always very quick and kind in the answers, leaving our stay very quiet. And we were also greeted in the chek-in with an ice-cream, chocolate for the kids and candles. In short, all very quiet. We hope to visit other times.

Spacious house in a unique location with direct access to a pristine beach. This house is bigger than the pictures make it seem, with a shaded porch, balcony with ocean view and a large covered yard and garden. The area is quiet and off the beaten path, not touristy at all. The beach changes with the tides, offering multiple piscinas naturais within walking distance and places to eat or rent umbrellas a short drive away. This place is a great escape from the busier town of Pipa, a short drive up the coast. Mayra is a friendly and helpful host who made us feel right at home and gave good suggestions for local places to eat and visit.

Nice trip in Marcos place

Very good accommodation! Quiet place, nature around, everything clean. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but less than a 10-minute walk to the main points of the main street. Internet is great for remote work, and Marcia is a friendly person, willing to help with everything. I easily recommend it!

I and my family hosted once again with Denise, and since we have always been greeted with affection and pampering, the care is so much that she remembered even my pet. Quiet location, we enjoy a lot, comfy and cozy. In addition to being flexible in relation to the time of entry and exit. Super I recommend it!

Glaucia was a great host, always available and kind. The condominium is beautiful, corresponds to the photos, very quiet. The people who work on the site, too, are very helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, ventilated, I went with my husband and my two daughters, we felt at home. There has all necessary household utensils, I only have 2 observations, the stove only managed to connect 1 mouth, and to have access to the pool area, you need to go to the administration with a document to register facial recognition, so it takes a little while, but it is a rule of the condominium. The building has a great location, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, in short, I loved the stay and I would return again.
