This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a separate entrance and a large terrace, two parts of which can be heated. It overlooks a large accessible garden and enjoys magnificent views of the valley.

Charming old farmhouse in a quiet area with views of the Bellevaux valley. House ideally located close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit and the Hautes Fagnes plateau in the heart of nature. Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.

My place is close to family-friendly activities (Coo, Plopsacoo) and Stavelot city center. Walks (on foot or by bike) are easily accessible as is the Spa-francorchamps circuit. You'll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the outdoor spaces, the neighborhood, and the brightness. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families with kids (possibility to add a folding bed and/or cot).

While the Ecluse Simon has been completely renovated to offer all modern comforts, no structural transformation has been carried out in this house registered with the Walloon Regional Heritage.
