Liebe Besucher In unserem Haus in dem schönen Stadtteil Waldsee in Freiburg bieten wir euch eine nette und separate Einliegerwohnung an. Ihr habt mit uns nichts direkt zu tun und bekommt uns doch mit. Natürlich sind wir für Fragen da. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und neu, Ihr habt alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Netz angeschlossen. Es ist sogar möglich in 30min. zu Fuss entlang der Dreisam in die Stadt zu laufen.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a newly renovated house in the center of Kirchzarten. The location, close to the train station is perfect for trips to Freiburg or the black forest. Don't worry, you won't hear any train traffic due to the insulated windows. You can use the front yard exclusively. Grocery stores, a public pool, restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy and an ice cream shop are within walking distance. Free parking is available just around the corner.

From two nights (only for tourist stays) you will receive the KONUS-Card, with which you can use public transport free of charge throughout the Black Forest region, as well as free parking tickets for all P+R car parks in Freiburg.

A covered seating area (south side) with table and chairs is right in front of the apartment. The outdoor pool is a few minutes' walk away. Bus stop (150 m), bakery (150 m), butcher (150 m) and a grocery store (Rewe, 500 m) are nearby.

Our apartment has a central location at the gates of Freiburg. Many excursion destinations can be reached in a few kilometers, such as the Feldberg, Tittisee. But also France, e.g. Alsace and Switzerland, are within a few kilometers. If you like hiking, you can also start right from the front door. Stegen is located in the Dreisam Valley, right next to Kirchzarten. From there, a train runs every 30 minutes to both Freiburg and Titisee.
