Experience a wonderful time in the countryside. The farm is in an idyllic secluded location and is designed to be child-friendly. Enjoy the time to relax in nature, barbecue in the garden, walk, cycle, visit our petting zoo (alpacas = no petting animals) or make excursions in the area. The proximity to the Falkensteiner shore allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Take a vacation right on the Baltic Sea. Your apartment is located in a 1B location just a few meters from the sandy beach. Take long walks, discover the coast on the more than 30-kilometer-long bike paths right on the water or relax while (sun)bathing on the white sandy beach. Explore the coast from the SUP board or kite depending on the wind and weather. In the immediate vicinity you will find (almost) everything that makes a vacation by the sea.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
