The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Natalia's apartment

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

Our marketplace atrium 2 is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone in Höxter on the Weser. We offer fast Wi-Fi and a workstation with LAN connection. On the quiet terrace you can relax excellently. Enjoy the flair of the old town with the historic houses and the pedestrian zone with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Germany's most popular bike path, the R1, is just 200 meters away. Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Vacation rental 3 "Pauline", Schmales Feld

Arrive and feel good: this exceptional apartment provides a very special vacation atmosphere. Like a house in a house, the apartment "Pauline" with separate entrance area and a terrace in the countryside is within walking distance of the Externsteine. On the first floor, in addition to the kitchen and guest toilet, there is a spacious living and dining area, from which you can access the two bedrooms and the spacious bathroom on the second floor.

Berghaus vacation home

The cozy "mountain house" is located on an idyllic and somewhat hidden property in the middle of the countryside. It nestles with its back to a slope of the Bellenberg and offers enough space for up to 6 people on its 110 square meters of living space. Since it is built directly on the mountain, you can enter from the back at ground level and have a view of the countryside and our small, beautiful village on the other side.

From Atelier

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On 70 square meters with a large south-facing balcony and views of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

Beautiful bright apartment (92 square meters) with 2 balconies

Relax and enjoy the recreational areas... you can do that in our bright, friendly apartment. In addition to a spacious living/dining room and a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single bed is available. On the pull-out couch in the living room, a 4th person to sleep. The large balcony, which faces south, is accessible from the living room and bedroom. An additional kitchen balcony invites you to morning coffee :-)

Vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style. A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.

This special place has its own style. Tastefully decorated, the rooms are spread over two floors. Each room offers a unique view. Either on the lake or directly on Bad Salzuflen. The city is within walking distance and thus offers everything your heart desires. Our apartment, built in 2024, is located in an absolutely quiet outskirts of the beautiful Bundesgolddorf Ottenhausen, just a few kilometers from the main town of Steinheim with all the important shops. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, a romantic bedroom with box spring beds, a shower room and a large balcony.

Bright, spacious, clean flat with a balcony, two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The third guest sleeps on the sofa in the living room. The kitchen is equipped for cooking with hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The bright, daylight-filled shower room with washing machine is as good as new and welcoming.
