"Connect" - the apartment that creates connections

The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 cm bed each, bathroom (incl. hair dryer), guest toilet and a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

Das historische Städtchen Lüneburg und die Weltstadt Hamburg bieten neben zahlreichen Shopping-Möglichkeiten auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und eine reiche kulturelle Szene. Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

Only 35 minutes from Hamburg's city centre, 25 minutes from charming Lüneburg and 10 minutes from the picturesque Elbe, a lovingly renovated attic apartment of around 80 m² awaits you to feel good and relax. The roof was completely renovated in 2024 and shines in new splendour. The bathroom is a real gem. Thanks to the new insulation, it is not so hot in summer. Check-in is done by key box. There are 2 bedrooms, as well as a spacious living and dining area.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Perfect for a stay between Hamburg and Lüneburg, each of which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Within walking distance are Edeka and baker. There are many hiking opportunities right outside the door, e.g. Buchwedel. The space Modern comfortable 2-room apartment - ideal for singles or couples. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

Near Hamburg, in the countryside

We look forward to seeing everyone who wants to have a good time with us. Since we are quite centrally located, it is an almost optimal starting point for activities. For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room. Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.

Small wooden house south of Hamburg

A small 1-room wooden house in a forest settlement, a district of Stelle, is waiting for you. The "mini" house has a small bathroom and a small kitchen corner (fridge, ceramic stovetop and mini oven). A variable dining table and a bunk bed are the perfect equipment for two people (total approx. 15 square meters). There is a small terrace for sunny hours. Part of the garden can be used.

"Hygge Haus" with hot tub and sauna near Hamburg

The Hygge House is a fully renovated modern small vacation home with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room (75 m² living space). In addition, there is an outdoor barrel sauna and an outdoor hot tub in the garden of the Hygge Haus (exclusive use just for you).
