Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. The newly renovated apartment, flooded with sunlight, is located on the second and last floor of the house in a quiet side street to Untertorplatz, the entrance to the historic town centre of Sterzing/Vipiteno. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

Unser Haus steht im hinteren Talbereich, abseits der Hauptstraße, in sehr ruhiger Lage. Großer Garten und Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Sat TV im Wohnzimmer, TV mit DVDplayer im Schlafzimmer. Microwelle und Geschirrspüler vorhanden, tägliches Brötchen Service wird angeboten. Wanderwege, Loipe, Bushaltestelle ( Bus gratis mit Gästekarte!!! ) ganz in der Nähe! Großer Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Schier,...... Mülltrennung. Wir sprechen gerne Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch.
