Old building apartment with charm within walking distance of the 2026 State Garden Show Cosy newly renovated old building apartment on the 1st floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with parking space directly by the house. The centre of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometres away, which can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1,200 metres from the accommodation. The Landesgartenschau 2026 can be reached on foot in about 800 metres. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm.

In Apartment Florence, you will find peace and relaxation in a small village with very beautiful surroundings, located near the A7 (5 km) and A6 (8 km) motorways. The rooms with 3 bedrooms are large and clean, with new beds. You can spend time comfortably on the covered balcony from spring to autumn.
