The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The apartment is quietly located in a residential area in Stockach (district of Constance), not far from beautiful Lake Constance. You will enjoy a quiet place to stay without much hustle and bustle and still be within a short time at the popular hotspots for beautiful day trips!

The holiday apartment "Naturblick" is located in Stockach and is a good choice for a relaxing holiday. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a capsule coffee machine.

The 50 m² basement apartment in our house is modern and brightly furnished; it offers space for 2 people to feel good. A small kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven and two hotplates. Wi-Fi is available. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x200). In the spacious bathroom there is a shower and toilet. The floors are tiled and covered with real wood laminate in the bedroom. All rooms with windows and shutters.

We offer you a quiet place for two. The apartment has a separate entrance. It is very comfortably furnished and has a small kitchenette with cooking facilities. Towels included Arrival 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm We are in a very good location. It is 15 km to Lake Constance. The Schwackenreuter lake district with 10 lakes is right next to us. Thus pure nature is great to enjoy by bike or on foot. There are plenty of hiking trails.

Far away and yet so close. Our newly built tiny house is the ideal retreat to escape the hectic hustle and bustle of everyday life, unwind and spend time with loved ones. You wake up close to nature with the sound of birds and the sounds of nature. Your view extends far into the valley and when watching the deer in the adjacent game reserve, it is easy to be completely in the moment

Die 60 qm Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss unseres Bauernhauses mit Panoramafenster samt Bergblick umringt von Wäldern. Mit der Natur direkt vor der Tür unweit des Bodensees (10km) haben wir die offene Wohnung mit viel Liebe & nachhaltigen Materialien 3 Jahre lang selbst restauriert.
