This farmhouse was purchased by the host's parents in 1987. While being raised here with 8 siblings, this home felt very small. Trees are outside every window with palpable serenity yet is still an easy ten-minute drive to downtown Rochester. This is a family-friendly place with crib and changing table. This is not a party house. It has a kitchenette so we will provide information to restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes.

Our spacious 900 sq. ft. studio/loft was once the art studio used by a local children’s book illustrator. You will notice some of her artwork and photos displayed throughout. The studio was designed with the intention of accommodating 2– 4 people. Our studio is beautiful, peaceful and private. Extra sanitizing practices are being taken for your safety.
