Monthly Rentals in Stoco Lake

My family had a wonderful stay at Tracey’s cottage. It is a beautiful open space, very clean, and has an amazing view of the lake. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Tracey was extremely helpful and communicative. Check in and out was very smooth and easy.

Very quiet, clean and paradisiacal accommodation however a few points to note: Poor soundproofing, the owners live above and you can hear them walking and life until they go to bed at 10.45 p.m. and wake up around 7 a.m. Check-in instructions are given 1 hour before arrival so for someone who likes to plan before driving hours in a remote corner this is not ideal We were just staying one night and I found the notification sent at 8am to remind us to leave by 11am a little intense. A word in the welcome book would have been more user-friendly ( or even a message later)

Staying here was perfect! Very private, all the appliances worked and it’s nice to see everything was clean and updated. I would definitely recommend the A-Frame to friends and will keep in mind for future getaways.

This cottage is amazing and my friends and I will be returning next year. Indoors: The bedrooms all had comfortable beds/pillows and the rooms all seemed equal, perfect for splitting with a group. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and is well stocked, we had everything we needed + coffee maker and dishwasher are big pluses. There are two bathrooms which is nice with a big group. Both have a shower, one of which is massive! There is a big table, plenty of space for a big group to eat/play games. There was also lots of comfortable indoor seating and a big TV. Everything was super clean inside and the Wi-Fi was good. Outdoors: There's a ton of outdoor space for lawn games. There's a big BBQ and lots of comfortable outside seating for eating or hanging out. There is a fire pit with lots of chairs. The water is gradual and not weedy near the dock. There are a couple kayaks and a SUP we used which was fun. It's a 5 min drive to town if you forget something. Overall just a great place
