Holiday rentals in Strängnäs Municipality

We had a fantastic time in a beautiful house with a fantastic location in the middle of great scenery and incredibly beautiful views of Lake Mälaren - a little paradise! The groundwater takes a little getting used to in the beginning because of its iron taste but is not a problem at all for cooking etc. Axel was always easy to reach and provided us with helpful information with questions. Since we had traveled by plane, we especially loved that Axel offered us directly to be allowed to use everything we find in the kitchen such as spices, coffee, tea, etc. or even provided it before! Therefore, thank you again for the wonderful time in Ekbacka Vista - we would love to come back right away! 👍🏻👍🏻😄

Despite the bad weather, the property and its surroundings are really superb. The property is typically Swedish with a main house and two cabins. The house is really functional with a recent open kitchen, shower, toilet, dishwasher and washing machine. The beds are large and comfortable. The living room is sufficient for 4 adults and 1 child but would probably have been too small if we had been more, given the bad weather. The garden is large and very well-equipped (ping pong, ultimate, barbecue, plancha and Norwegian bath!). Good to know: the electrical installation does not allow car charging but it has not been detrimental, there are many bollards in Sweden. The environment is superb and conducive to family walks with many landscaped paths and children's play areas along the lake. The house remains close to many tourist places. Maria was very dynamic, positive and clear during our exchanges.

Nice and spacious accommodation with everything needed. No quirks. Also nice and helpful host who responds quickly.

Jens and Caroline are really top hosts. What a wonderful time we had in their home. The house has all the comforts and has plenty of space! The garden is a dream. A nice playhouse and trampoline for the children, but above all the swimming pool (and adjacent sauna) are great. The kids played in the pool for hours. Truly a gift! We ended up just leaving for a trip to Stockholm. The direct connection there (with public transportation) is great! But the house was so nice, we didn't have to leave. Our kids said, "we do understand that this is their dream home!"

David's place was absolutely wonderfull. House is situated next to forest and a small harbour is 5 min walk. We really liked the interior and style of the house, and the kitchen was fantastic. Finally this place is wonderful for families, so much to do and to play with. even a Treehouse :)

Madde's cozy home had everything that we needed, and more! The hosts were very welcoming and generous. Recommended!

A fantastic house in quiet surroundings. Amenities at the best. Full of comfort and with attention to detail. The garden is huge with a natural rock,trampoline and gateway to play football. We were even able to discover moose in the residential area. Stallarholmen is a nice little place with a supermarket. Mikael was attentive and very friendly as a host. We were warmly welcomed and instructed in the house. A vacation that we will be happy to think of and will probably return again. Thank you, Mikael.

A very high-quality equipped and beautifully furnished house. The hot tub is also great. Simon was always easily accessible and helpful. We had a great time, have nothing to complain about and are very satisfied!
