Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof areas are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A car parking space is available on the premises for the apartment. For possibly several cars or vans, there is free public parking nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

Our house is a 270-year-old timber-framed house that we have lovingly renovated and remodeled. As far as possible, we have preserved or restored the old wooden floorboards or wooden framework. Our garden is designed in such a way that living beings that are native there can still feel comfortable, such as salamanders, hedgehogs, fireflies, kingfishers and wild bees. Anyone who stays in the garden for a long time can observe these many rare inhabitants in our garden.

The view of our private courtyard, with traditional round timber and our beautiful 90-year-old walnut tree. The south side provides bright light flooding. On the southwest side is a small separate sitting area, with barbecue facilities. Renovated in 2022.

They are located in the picturesque Bohemian Uplands, near the Pravčická brána, Tiské skály and other beauties. Immerse yourself in the silence of nature, find peace and quiet. Watch the sheep grazing nearby. Your stay helps us to bring life back to the romantic ruins of the Skrytín chateau.

Svojí polohou na úpatí lesa umožňuje prožití klidného odpočinku a relaxace nebo aktivní dovolené. Peší turistika či cykloturistika vybízí k objevování krás národního parku s atraktivními turistickými cíli. Nedaleká oblast labských pískovců, je také vyhledávanou lokalitou jak pro rekreační, tak pokročilé horolezce.

Beautiful new apartment in the countryside. Large private terrace with seating and barbecue facilities. The accommodation is next to a riding stable, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or also in beautiful Dresden. Enjoy your vacation in the beautiful Schmöllerhäuschen. The property, which has been family-owned since its construction at the end of the 19th century, century, the family-owned property is located in the middle of the beautiful Elbe Sandstone Mountains directly on the Elbe and has three apartments, a veranda and a garden. The completely renovated apartment no. 2 is located on the 2nd floor and is about 40 square meters.

Königstein Cottage

In the house there is a fireplace for the cool days and in the garden you can barbecue or simply enjoy the great starry sky at night. There are plenty of climbing and hiking opportunities in the area. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the cottage.

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
