We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

Lake Constance, Freiburg, Stuttgart, Alsace can each be reached in a good hour. The Konus card is included with us (see below for more information)!

From the quiet residential area you can walk to the lake in 10 minutes, to the train station in 15 minutes and can therefore be ideally used as a starting point for any activities (e.g. with the Hochschwarzwald Card). Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30min. To Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg 45 minutes. Attention: Swimming pool Schweigmatt only for club members.

It is newly renovated. The bathroom invites you to relax with the large rain shower. In the fully equipped kitchen, nothing stands in the way of self-catering.

Whether as a cheap accommodation after a seminar, course or conference in the city, or as a starting point for relaxing forays through the lovely hills and along the Erzbach and the Aare, here right on the edge of the forest, just a stone's throw from the city center, you are welcome. In the shade of the trees, you have a small terrace during your stay, the separate entrance can be reached via a few steps.

So you can arrive and depart stress-free.
