2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 min. walk to the Stadtbahn [suburban railway] and 22 min. to the center of Stuttgart. Self check-in/out is possible using the keybox. Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

Very good connection to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 minutes you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "Stäffele" (stairs) from the house. Due to the half-height location, you have a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family of four.
