The 40 sqm WILD&COZY apartment is a modern, new apartment in the WILD&COZY vacation home with an open floor plan and the latest furnishings in a quiet location. A very warm ambience was created with a lot of love for detail. A special feature is the private parking right in front of the private entrance and the large private terrace. Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

Holidays in the countryside

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

The vacation home in Harztor/Ilfeld is idyllically located on the edge of the forest on a 2000 sqm garden plot opposite the main house. Car parking on the premises, charging facilities for electric vehicles and bicycle garage are available. Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as hikers, skiers, bikers, motorists or leisurely with the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. Apfelblüte is the name of the small, fine apartment of Anke and Sabine. We are two sisters who grew up in Bad Suderode and have already given vacationers and spa guests of the place information about excursion destinations in the area in our childhood days. For December, we particularly recommend the Quedlinburg Christmas market, Advent in the courtyards and the Bad Suderöde mountain parade. We are happy to tell you about places of power near the apartment.

In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the entrance area, next to the daylight bathroom with shower, there is a small kitchenette with dining area for morning breakfast including a view over the old town of Quedlinburg.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage.
