Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
