Monthly Rentals in Summit

We stayed when visiting my sister and her family - such a great house to be local but out of the way. The little downtown area is a mile from the house, walk through the neighborhood for a great morning stroll for coffee. Easy to navigate and the entrance isn’t directly on the busy main road. Small fenced yard was excellent as well. All in all, felt like home. We’ll be back with my parents when we need more space!

Everything was good. Good place and neighborhood. But I love cooking and the stove was a little bit too small for me.

A very nice 2B1B apartment in Chicago area! The place was exactly as the photos and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we need 2 separate bedrooms.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed and all excellent, home and location. We are 7 miles from the Cancer Center and this home and location is very relaxing for my wife at the end of the day. The area is quiet and the neighborhood is great for walking . Highly recommend if visiting Chicago
