Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

We all enjoyed the place. 10 out of 10 for sure. Our next trip back we'll most likely book it again.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! My friends and I had an amazing time. Tracie is by far the best host I’ve ever worked with. She was super responsive, kind, and accommodating. She gave tons of excellent recommendations for fun things to do and was flexible with check-in/check-out because we were flying in from Boston. Could not recommend this place more!!

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! This place is a hidden gem in PCB! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nestled in a lovely neighborhood on the quieter side of Panama City Beach, it was the perfect getaway. Just a short, easy walk to the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Paul was fantastic with communication and made the whole process a breeze. Our whole family, including the pups, felt right at home. We can't say enough good things and truly hope to be back soon!

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

It was great the place was just like the pictures and as described. The area was peaceful and close to the beach and everything else. Adam was very helpful and gave clear instructions. Overall it was a nice place for the price !

The host were very accommodating for us to bring our furry friends with us. We timed the walk to the beach and just as the description says it was 7 minutes. Not a bad walk at all. Beach access has parking as well if you would rather drive. We had a good time. 😀

We had an incredible time here! The view from the condo balcony is stunning. Every morning we had coffee and watched the waves come in, even saw some dolphins. Steps to the white powdery beaches! There was a lot of other activities in the area; fun parks, piers, water sports (jet ski and board rentals all along the beach), fishing. Something for everyone. Walking distance to a couple great restaurants (recommended by our hosts) or a short drive to many other options. Out hosts were so responsive and proactive, offering lots of recommendations and keeping in contact frequently. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for hosting us!

We stayed in PCB for spring break two years ago at a different location and this unit was vastly different in the best way! Our hostess communicated very well from the beginning to the end our stay could not have been any better we had enough to do without it being overwhelming. The guest were respectful and friendly within the community. Security was top-notch and greeted us each time they saw us no issues entering the garage. We were able to park safely and securely and enter and exit without any issues. The unit was pristine, beautiful, and just like the pictures we will definitely return and recommend!!

The condo was everything it promises. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions would be provide pot holders and washcloths. We didn't feel comfortable using the outside grill. A few notes about the building itself. We felt it was not too guest friendly when checking in. All times of the day, luggage carts were kept locked and requested we leave a driver's license until cart was returned. Shopping carts required a refundable $5.00 token purchase.

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

Beautiful Room , Close To All Locations!!! Definitely Will Book Again !

This was my first AirBnB experience and the host was great.!! Was able to answer any questions that I had and their welcome email and details were pretty on target. They mentioned places to go and things to do but we were so glad about the place we didn’t even go anywhere but the beach.!! lol will have to go back.

Better than described. Large wooded lot right on the lake with a dock to hang out on. Lots of space. Large rooms. Feels much more remote than it is. Close to groceries, restaurants, etc. We loved staying here!

The place was amazing. My family loved it and it was so neat. Every day we were greated with wild turkey and wild deer on the property and it wasn't a far drive to the beach or springs.

the place was just as described if you like a cabin in the woods with few neighbors this is the place! Janet was a great host with very attractive and polite! she took care of all the issues we had! Thank you Janet!

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!
