Holiday rentals with lake access in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Loved this stay for a quick bachelorette getaway! Abigail was super proactive and responsive, always so helpful and this place looks BIGGER in real life than in the photos which we all know never happens. Everything was clean, the location was great and quiet. Only thing is the cookware was a bit dirty so just make sure to clean whatever you use first and the freezer wasn’t exactly freezing but that wasn’t the biggest deal for us. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Todd’s house. The kids enjoyed the decorations, bunk beds, and loved the pool. The heater on the pool was nice to have! The beach was a 3 minute walk. Appreciate that they were very responsive when we had any questions.

We came for my son’s wedding and the location, home, and host were all perfect. We loved it and will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great stay here over July 4th weekend. The house is super comfortable and spacious for a large group while also providing nice privacy across the different floors. The location is perfect, walking distance to a nice pool/beautiful beach and a short drive to all the nearby beach towns. Would love to stay here again someday!

Susana is a first-class host. She's great at making her guests feel special. Her place has awesome showers and comfortable beds. It's in a light traffic, quiet, and upscale neighborhood with only a couple of cross streets going to dead ends, with a beautiful lake at the end of the street just a two-minute walk away. Highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend stay for a girls’ trip. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was awesome and we LOVED the golf cart!!

Gave very detailed instructions and made sure I understood everything. The owner also was very responsive and answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures and felt like we was at home. Would definitely rent again

We loved our stay and would book again! The location is amazing for beach access and the balcony has an unbelievable view. There were beach chairs and sand toys that made it easier to enjoy the trip and the apartment was cozy and well equipped. Communication was quick, helpful and friendly.

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

Good location just off the main road. Older building but nicely renovated unit. Great bathroom, kitchen, and awesome 85 inch TV.

Booked this spot, last minute, for my daughter and her 6 friends, 1/2 way through their spring break! They’d had a bad experience at their previous location and were very nervous about “another air bnb”. Nina was VERY HELPFUL and kind! She went above and beyond to accommodate them! Beautiful view! Kind host! SAFE location, with lots of security! Would definitely recommend! Only thing we weren’t aware of was a resort fee of $120 but I chalk that up to reserving same day and I could have missed it in the description! It was worth it even with the fee!

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Connie's cottage was just as described in the pictures & her description. She was always available to answer questions. My family loved her art work she displayed throughout her home & outside. Incorporating her incredible paintings & glass masterpieces gave an eclectic/European feeling. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on with cotton sheets that were cool with a beautiful. Each room had its own t.v & plenty of room to relax after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Connie also left us with sparkling water & water bottles in the fridge. She also provided a small cooler along with beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and lots of toys, everything we needed for the beach. Her home was at the end of the street which made it private. Pretty twinkling lights and decorative art work covered the porch & arch ways around the property. My family stayed 8 nights, it was such a blessing to have found Connie's lovely home!!

Was exactly what the listing said and was a very nice getaway not far from PCB but far enough to feel like we were secluded in a lowkey area :)

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

We came for spring break and had a wonderful time! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house itself was perfect for our group, we also really appreciated all of the beach gear as that was where we spent most of our time. Also, we had bad weather and the host was able to extend our stay for us at a reduced price! We were so grateful for her flexibility and generosity, definitely recommend staying here whether with kids or for a girls trip!

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

We had 3 families, 6 adults and six 17 year olds. We cooked every meal and kitchen was well equipped. Parking at the beach was very limited so the GEM cart (extra $) and free bikes worked out great. The pool was great with many chairs, tables, bathrooms, and umbrellas and has a large lawn where we played corn hole and Slammo. The house has two large living areas that allowed the teens to stay up late playing the many provided board games and watching movies on the large TVs. The back porch was nice for morning coffee. 4 bedrooms, 2 with connected bathroom, 2 without. All beds were very comfortable. The grill works well but bring utensils and a grill brush.

The place was wonderful and exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for. Annie was a great host and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!
