Apartment holiday rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

The location was beautiful! You’re right on the beach in a private area so it’s never packed. We didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere and it’s a very reasonable walk to quite a few restaurants and Walmart for groceries/ needs. Although there is a coffee maker, you will need to provide your own coffee beans!! The pool was very nice and relaxing, but it was freezing and definitely not heated (no fault of the host)! There’s a nice hot tub to keep warm. We would definitely stay again! Thankful to Josh for a great stay:)

Place was as described and so convenient! Came for Ironman Florida and the proximity helped so much to eliminate any further stress! Being on a low floor meant rarely waiting for an elevator when we were not bringing a lot to and from the condo! The views were not compromised at all on a low floor, and noise was never a problem. Comfortable beds and great pillows make all the difference between an OK and a great nights sleep, and this place had both!

Gave very detailed instructions and made sure I understood everything. The owner also was very responsive and answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures and felt like we was at home. Would definitely rent again

Me and my friends had a amazing time! We are so happy about our stay! The beach, restaurants, and places to go out were in walking distance! House was very nice, updated, and clean! Host was VERY responsive and friendly!

The condo was everything it promises. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions would be provide pot holders and washcloths. We didn't feel comfortable using the outside grill. A few notes about the building itself. We felt it was not too guest friendly when checking in. All times of the day, luggage carts were kept locked and requested we leave a driver's license until cart was returned. Shopping carts required a refundable $5.00 token purchase.

Comfortable, both furniture and the beds, really comfy. Well appointed kitchen. Great location. We stayed in the 1st floor unit which was roomy and nice. Every room had ceiling fans and great window coverings. Happy I chose this place and you will be too! The Hosts are top notch!!

Randi was the perfect host. She was very responsive and friendly and helped make the place comfortable for me. She was very accommodating when it came to my dog and myself and she is such a sweetheart. I loved the area and it was very quiet, close to Panama City where there was plenty to do. The parks in the area are nice and perfect for dog walking. Thank you Randi for making my stay fantastic, you and your family are wonderful. I would definitely stay there again. Hope to see you again sometime soon!

The place was very clean and very well organized. It definitely felt like home. Panama is somewhere I frequently visit during the summer and I will always recommend this place from now on. Can’t wait to visit again!

We visited during spring break and enjoyed our stay at Marcie’s place! We’ve stayed in the complex once before in a different unit and we preferred hers. It is at the back of the complex but that did not make the walk any longer than an additional minute than the last unit we stayed in. She was quick to respond and let us know ahead of time that we could have an early check in (which was very appreciated since we were driving in and it was storming). Our only negative was that we kept forgetting to take Moses on our adventures! Now we’ll have to stay again so we can include him! Thanks again, Marcie! :)

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Perfect location, with a fantastic coffee shop, a brewery, and multiple good restaurants less than a minute from our doorstep. Dedicated parking space right outside the front door. Keypad entry to access the porch area gives extra peace of mind. Being right in the heart of things, I was worried that nightlife noise would keep me awake but the brick building insulates you from the noise. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. Plenty of hot water for showers. Kitchen was nice, with the little touches. The French press was good to see, although The Press coffee shop rendered it unnecessary for me. Plenty of comfortable seating in the common areas. If this place is available, do not hesitate to book. El Weirdo’s has good tacos, History Class Brewing is top notch, and the farmer’s market on Saturdays is super fun. This area is a hidden gem and this property is a great way to experience it.

Very first time using Air BnB, instructions were clear and host very responsive to any questions I had. Would be great for a family with kids going on vacation, the bunks in the hallway were so cute!

Montanna’s place is great! Beautiful neighborhood. Felt right at home when we walked in. She is a great host and is very responsive. Thank you for everything. We will come back.

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

My husband, dog, and I spent a week here and loved every minute of it! Carillon Beach is absolutely beautiful, the pools are amazing, and community is lovely. We loved being close to 30a and hopping around all the beach towns in the evenings, as well as being near pier park for our dog :) The unit is exactly what is pictured and had ample space for us. Seriously our dream vacation, we will 1000000% be back!

Place was as described, super easy to be at the pool or beach whenever you wanted. Kristy was sooo nice. Very flexible, very clear instructions and recommended great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Christina communicated very well with us our entire stay. The room was much nicer than the pictures and is in a great location. We would stay here again!!

Everything from check-in directions and surroundings to peace and privacy was perfect!!! The entire space was very clean like the pics and the balcony and location was better than pictures could describe. The family friendly village was an added bonus that made our trip wonderful.
