In the heart of Sunset Beach. 3 minute walk to beach access and 5 parking spaces. There are 3-bedrooms : 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 futon (all bed linens and towels included with no additional charge). Wi-Fi, 5 TV's and one is outdoors under the house. Washing machine/dryer on the same level as living area. There are 2 bathrooms the primary has bathtub and there is a shower in each bathroom. Outdoor shower, gas grill, beach chairs/umbrella. 4 beach cruiser bikes you are welcome to use.

New to the rental market, our family home is the perfect island getaway during any season! We're a few minutes walk to the beach and just a block away from our little beach town. Sunset Beach is quiet and feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Nat'l Geographic named Sunset Beach as one of the top 21 beaches in the world! Our house is clean, updated, and comfortable with all the modern amenities (wifi, smart TVs). All bedding and bath linens are provided during your stay.

Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

A Southern Exposure: Beach Front and Lovin' it!

The front porch says it all! Sweeping views of one of NC's best beaches, with all the amenities of home and more. It's a kick your shoes off at the front door and pick them up 7 days later kind of cottage. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you can bring the whole family, or group of friends and have plenty of room to socialize and retreat. Linens are included, and the beds are made! Just bring your sunscreen and towel and a laid back attitude to enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer.

Vista Del Mar is all about comfort and LOCATION: across the street from beach access, within 2 blocks from Bird Island, this classic bungalow has a center great room with sit down dining, kitchen & bar as well as, the most amazing outdoor deck with a perpetual breeze; perfect for napping, reading or visiting! Sleeps 8-10 with a King Master that shares a bath with a Double + Twin Bedroom and on the opposite side of the house, a Queen Master that shares a bath with a Double & Twin bedroom.

Pets allowed and crazy great amenities, large pet crate, fully furnished kitchen. Sheets and towels included. It is our slice of Carolina Heaven that we will share with you!.

Pet Friendly/Game Room/Golf Cart - 3Bed 2Bath

Welcome to "5 More Minutes" beach house located near the ICW and Wooded section of Oak Island, NC. This open-floor plan home on pilings is on the island's west side and features a three-bedroom (three-bath)/two-full-bathroom configuration. Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it. The golf cart rental fee is handled separately from the house rental.

From Nov-April fees are $100.00.
