Holiday rentals with beach access in Suomussalmi

We really liked our stay at Ella’s place, it was clean, had all the necessities, Ella’s communication was quick and helpful. Location was perfect, easily reachable, the ski resort was a few minutes away, also walking paces, cross ski paces, shop, lake, all within few min ride/walk. The whole family enjoyed the vacation and we hope to come here again next year for skiing or in summer for fishing.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's place. Her place was very spacious - more than enough space for my wife and I - and based right next to a beautiful lake in a peaceful neighbourhood. BEST OF THE BEST! Tero is your perfect host, he is friendly, respectful, and so helpful. Minor hiccups during our stay were quickly fixed. Always a pleasure to chat with Tero and to learn about the Finnish culture in that part of Finland. We loved our stay and are looking forward to coming back in the summer!

We spent over a week at Andre's place and it's a true winter paradise! House is super cozy and warm. Kitchen has everything you may need. Beach sauna and hot tub were a heaven after a cold, snowy day outside. We also were very lucky to see the most bright, beautiful and strong aurora just above the house, that made our stay very special. Andre was very helpful and responsive ❤️

The house is exceptional, beautiful and right on the lake. The decor is natural, modern and with lots of wood; we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Note the very secluded location; the nearest shopping (supermarket) is about a 15-minute drive away. But with appropriate planning, that's no problem either. We enjoyed the quiet idyllic location very much.

We had a great vacation in this villa, and the whole family (5 people) had a great time. The view of Nuasjärvi from the villa's landscape windows was really impressive – the landscape changed with the weather and offered a new experience every day. The cleanliness and excellent equipment of the villa also made the holiday really comfortable and effortless. Everything was thought out! Highly recommended!

In Markus house we returned second time. It was one of the best choices - beautiful, quiet nature, welcoming and very helpful hosts, a lot of activities to do - snowshoe hike, crosscountry skiing, underice fishing, smoke sauna etc...and beautiful dog Taika! We really enjoyed and appreciated time in Markus house. Reccomend for 200%

The apartment is well located in the center of Sotkamo. The apartment was as described, clean and cozy. I'm sure we'll come back!!

The place was great, with a wonderful location that made everything convenient. The best part was the ski-in, ski-out access for both cross country skiing as well as downhill. Highly recommended for ski lovers ⛷️!

A personal and spacious home in a quiet place. The car was parked in the yard. A quiet house, the balcony was a nice plus, and the sauna too, even if I didn't use it this time. I'd love to stay again.
