Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a relatively new log villa in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and airy. There is one bedroom and a living room/kitchen downstairs. There is plenty of space and sleeping places in the loft. A new lakeside sauna and terrace will be built at the cottage in the summer of 2026. The cottage has all the comforts of modernity, and the large windows open up to a great lake view in two directions. In the heat of the fireplace, it's nice to watch the aurora borealis and listen to the silence. There are no neighbours nearby.

A view apartment at the top of Iso-Syöte. Hotel Iso-Syöte nearby. Apartment 38 square meters, plus a 15-square-foot loft. Heating is done with an air source heat pump. No charging of the electric car in the carport. The apartment has a set of dishes for 12 people. Dishwasher and microwave. If you prefer, you can have a set of linens for €22/person. The final cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenant. If you'd like, you can buy it as an extra service for €80. Please notify the landlord in time for the additional service.

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain bike trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire place and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Welcome to a vacation or telecommuting in a lovely, atmospheric couple's cabin in Syötte, Pytkynharju. The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
