In Ukkohalla ,one of four villas in a new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights, and slopes open right through the large windows. In a separate lakeside sauna, you can enjoy the steam of the wood stove, with the view of the lake view from the large view windows, both the sauna and the stunning fireplace room. There is a laundry room and workout area in the maintenance building. EV charging points, 2pcs 11kW type2 and 2pcs 16a Super suko, are included in the rental price.

Villa Kataja holiday cottage in Paljaka

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
