Stay comfortably in a well-equipped three-room apartment in the city center. The apartment is located close to key services and great outdoor and sports venues. Nearby are, for example, downtown shops, K-Citymarket, Prisma and an indoor swimming pool. The apartment overlooks the Kajaaninjoki river and the market square. Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain bike trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire place and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Enjoy peace in a 40-square-metre small home. Ready-made beds and blackout rooms. You can control the cottage’s heating yourself. In the yard sauna, a hot shower and ready firewood for heating the stove. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen. Clear instructions for all features. 2 bedrooms, 2 WCs and 2 TVs. Pet fee €20. Easy check-out cleaning = just remove your own traces. NOTE: Pet household, wood heating and old cottage can cause symptoms for sensitive people. Stairs and a snowy and icy yard can make exercise difficult :(

The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
