Villa Del Mar is located on the west coast of Croatia. Mali Losinj is an island full of lush tall pine trees, beautiful crimson sunsets, and crystal-clear waters.  Brand new from summer 2021, these sea-view apartments with heated pool offer neutral and modern furnishings with anything you would expect to make a home away from home. Superior has external jacuzzi located on the terrace. Choose between Superior or Deluxe depending on the size of your family and enjoy a beautiful and relaxing stay.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Otto Studio Apartment

Studio apartment Otto is located in the very center of Punat, only 800 m from the beach. This air-conditioned apartment has everything you need for a family or romantic getaway. This detached holiday house with a private heated pool is near the beach in a quiet location on a road with little traffic in the village Zubovici near Novalja on the island of Pag. The town Novalja is 9km away. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sunsets and the seaview from the terrace and the pool. Pets are welcome.
