Enjoy waterfront views and relax in this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Water views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing in the yard, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. On the pier you may fish, lounge, launch your kayak, paddle board, etcetra. 10 - 20 minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more

Required NON-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations including a fenced back yard (fee varies depending on length of stay and # of dogs). Saturday - Saturday rentals during prime season (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day). No monthly discounts during summer prime. Bed/Bath linens additional fee ($115) or BYOL.
