Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Swan River

Great stay at Quirky Cottage with my husband, father in law and two dogs! Location perfect - very short walk to heart of South Freo! Cottage was immaculate, very functional and as described - loved grinding the beans in the coffee machine! Courtyard garden great for the dogs. Comms with Hype quick and easy - rustled up a fan that we did nt need in the end as upstairs AC effective for downstairs also! Would suggest leather sofas are changed out, as old and worn, but not a deal breaker! Would book again! Thank you! 🙏🏻

We have stayed here before and can only repeat that it is a lovely house in a great location for everything. Shops a couple of minutes walk away. Beaches, golf courses , trains and large shopping centres a 15 minute drive. Karen is a great host and easy to contact and will be staying here again on our next visit to Perth.

First, the house itself is nice and good space. However, it’s many stairs if you can’t walk stairs. The house did equipped elevator but it’s not for guest use ( which understandable as it is already mentioned on the description) good massage chair is a nice touch

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

I had a wonderful stay at Jeni place. she was a wonderful host, great communication. I had the upper floor of her house. very clean and spacious. Very relaxing stay. I would highly recommend.

A very well appointed apartment in a great location. The area was quiet but it's very close to many facilities and a short walk to Cafes and Restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed (and more) and was clean and homely. I would recommend it. Rob was very responsive to queries.

Great central location to use as a base with my daughters. The communal pool was great with no one else using it and spent more hours there than anything else. Place was perfect and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

I was in Perth for work and felt right at home in this apartment. Very comfortable, very clean, lovely touches around the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Great area, easy to get to public transport, very close to great coffee and food. Highly recommend for a stay in Perth

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

I fell in love with Sorrento, here was perfect for my 10th anniversary trip with my husband You can always swim at the beach in front of your house, and Hillary Harbor is close, so transportation is convenient. Most of all, they were considerate of checking in early and allowed us to store our luggage I definitely recommend this place

Andrew couldn't have been more helpful, greeting us on arrival to explain the parking (not difficult but best explained once!) and access to the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for our family (5 of us) and the kids used the pool every day. Walking distance to everything we wanted (Barack St Jetty, Langley park and Herrisson Island for the Kangaroos) and plenty of free busses if you need them to get about. Even though Langley Park was hosting a few New Year events the access was always clear and quiet, and the local IGA and Liquor Store were five minutes walk at most.

The stay was mostly good. AC worked good and most things were of good quality. I was a bit disappointed by the small size of the refrigerator and small cheap trash bags provided considering the high price paid for the apartment. Insulation is not very good and you can hear the neighbors above walking around.

Very stunning place in a beautiful location. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Instructions on how to check in were very clear. Would stay here again and highly recommend

Place looks exactly like they are in the photos, tidy, spacious and cozy. We stayed for almost a week and we actually felt like home. Location is around 10mins drive to the centre of Perth which is very convenient, while retaining the privacy and tranquillity in the neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend in staying in this listing.

Love the large pad where you can chill

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful little spot to stay right in amongst the action of Cottesloe. A 2 minute walk to the beach and all the surrounding cafes for meals and plenty to explore! Melissa has stocked the house up with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathrooms, which was a fabulous touch. Thank you so much!

Lisa and Pete were outstanding hosts! We felt right at home even on the opposite side of Australia. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed for an excellent stay and was more than helpful at the drop of a hat. Her and the other hosts were super accommodating and friendly, couldn’t be more thankful. As for the property itself, it’s lovely what they’ve managed to do with such a small foundation. Stepping inside BIG, you’d never know you were attached to the other accomodations, let alone being able to tell how many renovations went into the structure. What does shine through is the love and care they have taken in building the best home away from home for any distanced travellers! Thanks again for a great stay !

We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!
