Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The Lodge is well placed, within 10 minutes of The National show caves for Wales, Henrhyd waterfall and the hugely impressive Four Waterfalls country. In addition, if you want to get high, the property is located only 15 minutes from Zip World and 30 minutes from Pen Y Fan. If you prefer beaches we are 30 minutes from Swansea bay and the Mumbles.

“Cosy Cottage” in the heart of Mumbles Village

Beautiful seaside cottage in the heart of picturesque Mumbles Village. Local shops, restaurants and pubs are within a few minutes walking distance. Plenty of wonderful beaches nearby including Langland, Rotherslade and Caswell and numerous coastal walks. There is a promenade from Mumbles to Swansea which is about a 5 mile walk. The Gower peninsula is a 20 minute drive away. The cottage is entirely self-contained and has its own outdoor area with a table and seating.
