Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Set in a perfect coastal location, a few minutes walk to the beach and the heart of Mumbles village, with its many restaurants, bars, boutique shops and miles of beautiful coastline and walks. The cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a cosy lounge with a comfortable double bed settee, separate dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

A modernised compact bungalow updated throughout offering comfortable space for a couple or two sharing, there is a smaller second bedroom with sofa bed. There is a large modern walk-in shower and comfortable kitchen lounge / living space. There is easy and safe parking directly opposite the property. Very close to the Welsh Coastal paths offering a unique access point some short distance away to allow fabulous walks to the nearby Langland Bay with its wonderful views and eating places.

One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. We swapped our lovely Narrowboat on the Grand Union for a cosy, pet friendly chalet for two with a distinct Narrowboat feel. Ideal for surfers and walkers, small, but perfectly formed with all the romance of a live aboard by the seaside. This land locked chalet has everything you could possibly need, tucked away between the Mumbles Cricket Club and the world famous Wales Coastal path. Direct Private access to the Coastal Path nearby, at the top of the road for Guests and Residents.

La Petite Maison

Located just a few minutes away from Mumbles, our lovely little bungalow is the perfect getaway. Light, airy and modern. Restaurants, parks, beaches, shops, bars and lots more close by. A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.
