Apartment holiday rentals in Swansea

Great stay I booked for my husband & son to watch a rugby game , suite had everything you needed and great for transport links. Wayne & Delyth were very accommodating and answered any questions I asked .

We wish that we had been able to stay longer. Due to other commitments, our stay was from Sunday until Friday when we had to rush back home early. This was acceptable to Bay and they arranged that we would be able to pick up a key from a lock-box when we arrived in Swansea on the Sunday. There were clear instructions that we could leave the key even if the office wasn't open by putting it through the letterbox of their office. The flat was easy to find, as was the parking space, as directed in the instructions previously supplied through Bay. We had a great sea view and the apartment was very well kitted out, very clean and comfortable. There are bars, cafes, restaurants and the City of Swansea all within easy walking distance, not to mention the beautiful Gower Coast. We have been to this area on many occasions so are quite familiar with what is available and we hope to return many more times in the future. All round excellent accommodation and service.

Perfect place to stay for the weekend, great restaurants nearby (Italian only a few minutes walk away was gorgeous food) and only 10 minute walk to the arena! Property very clean, tidy and comfortable.

First of all I'd like to say that the communication from Leanne was super fast. The chalet offers a home from home with experience with Netflix and Prime on the TV to keep us occupied at night. It's spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The site is on a nice part of the Carmarthenshire coastline in a semi rural location with plenty of walks nearby or straight from the chalet. The clubhouse offered daily entertainment (altough we only watched the fun wrestling and went to the kids disco) , an onsite indoor swimming pool which was a decent temperature and had a good slide, the kids loved the arcade and there's a good onside bar with awesome views. I can highly recommend the chalet and we will return in the future.

This was at least our 4th visit here (may have stayed more times) and I think that's review enough in itself :-). We love Rest Bay, and Tim's place is the perfect place to enjoy it. Stylish and comfortable apartment with stunning views in a great location.

Very clean place. Debs was a wonderful host that communicated everything well. Greeted me on arrival and gave a detailed rundown of the place, and was open to questions at any time during my stay.

The crows nest was stunning - a great location and we loved the added extra of the binoculars to watch the RNLI - the bathroom was updated since we booked and saw the photos - absolutely lovely flat we are so glad we booked

Beautiful studio flat in a great location. It had everything we needed and connected to the main house so fantastic for our family stay. We loved the added touch of Christmas decorations!

Perfect location for what we wanted. Photos don't do the place justice, lovely and clean home. Loved the electric fire place and blankets, living room felt very cosy. The bed was nice and big and the bathroom was very clean. Would stay again!

Great location, just a short distance from Singleton Campus, making it ideal for Swansea Uni students. It also gave us a good sense of the area for student housing. The host provided tea, coffee, milk sachets, and biscuits, which was a lovely touch. The smart TV worked well for us too. Parking was convenient, one night a very short, but still manageable. The only downside was finding the place at night — the road is quite dark, which is beyond the host’s control, so definitely bring a torch. My main disappointment was the £70 service fee for just a 2-night stay. It felt a bit steep, especially since I always make sure to tidy up after ourselves. Overall, a good stay but the service fee could use some reconsideration.

I stayed at Heather's place during my university placement. It was perfect for my needs, very quiet, but central and within walking distance of the hospital where I spent much of my time. The flat had everything I needed and was warm and comfortable. Parking was close by and convenient and the flat was perfectly located to get in and out of the town easily. We loved our stay at this apartment myself, partner and our girls 10,5, we loved the easy walk to the pier and parks! We had some wonderful food standout was Carribean inside The George just a few doors down, but also enjoyed the Mermaid Cafe next door for our arrival tea! The apartments so clean, high spec and such comfortable beds!!.. The girls loved playing a game of Dominoes and enjoyed the luxury bath.. We travelled from Bristol never having been to the Gower specifically Mumbles and we asked ourselves why we hadn’t and will definitely return for more visits! Catherine was helpful with what we needed and felt had we needed anything we would have had a great response although great communication and location we had everything we needed!

I've previously stayed at Nigel's and it was even better than the first time, with the property having a bit of a make-over. The place is exactly as described and in the photos, with literally a 20 second walk onto the beach. Not the biggest of properties, but has everything you need for a short break and visit to The Mumbles/further west, and incredibly good value. Would definitely stay again when next in the area. Excellent stay for visiting family in Swansea. Lovely spacious property, very clean. Warm welcome when we arrived. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at the Sister's Apartment, the perfect location for visiting family. the apartment had all the amenities needed, while being clean and tidy. Will definitely come back!

We stayed here for our wedding night. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, lovely touch of petals on the bed. Grounds were stunning and I even had a cuddle with the resident ginger cat. Would love to stay again.

The place was very clean and was exactly like the pictures and description. It was very cosy and close to good scenery.

Just rerurned from a weekend in The Milkwood apartment. Stunning apartment, amazing hot tub and view's in a perfect location. Spotless apartment, amazing underfloor heating, it had everything we need. Very helpful and responsive host to any questions we had. Will definitely be going back.

Nice weekend get away would recommend.
