Waterfront holiday rentals in Swansea

We had a wonderful stay and beautiful view from the window. House is so cozy and ideal vacation break from city life. House is very clean and tidy. There are lot of beautiful beaches and bays near the house itself. Thank you once again. Looking forward to come again :)

I love this apartment and the view is stunning. It feels really comfortable and spacious so it’s the second time we have stayed here. It’s really quiet, squeaky clean and the bed is really comfy. We always found a parking space and it’s a short walk to the beach where you can walk west to Caswell Bay or east to Limeslade. I can recommend the brasserie near the beach. We had breakfast there one morning. It was nice to have coffee on the balcony after a visit to the local beaches. Phoebe and James are friendly, proactive hosts. A lovely few days! Thanks.

Gorgeous apartment, with absolutely stunning views over Swansea bay. Everything you need, easy parking and great central position so that you don’t really need the car anyway. Wayne was there to meet us and was really friendly and welcoming. The sofa is super comfortable and a great place to watch the weather change by the minute over the bay! I am Swansea born and bred and it was a wonderful base to visit my family and friends in style. Would highly recommend.

Apartment 6 at Ice House is even nicer than the pictures, I assure you. The apartment has a huge open plan kitchen, living, and dining space, very tall ceiling with a lot of natural light, plus a whopping great big L shaped balcony with a table and chairs. It's the perfect spot for entertaining, so very good if you're visiting friends in Swansea and want to cook a meal or share a bottle of wine. We were treated to fantastic weather as well, so were especially appreciative of the balcony. The location is great as you get lovely views of the marina, with restaurants and bars just a stones throw away. If you want a particularly quiet evening though, the music from the surrounding bars may put you off a bit, but it's lovely and quiet in the actual apartment once you shut the balcony door or go to chill in the bedroom. Check in and check out were both very easy, and there's a 24hr car park just a few minute's walk from the building, so all in all, very convenient. This apartment has definitely set the tone for staying over in Swansea, I may never be able to go back to a Premier Inn again. Lovely place, 10/10.

This was our second stay at Michelle's place and we found the flat to be as lovely as the first time. The check in instructions were clear and we found the parking spot with no trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We also appreciated the lovely welsh cakes Michelle had left out for us. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay despite storm Burt! Nice walk on the beach, fantastic meal at St Elli brasserie and we enjoyed the carnival. Great spot for a getaway

Great place to stay for a few days. Beautiful area with lots to walk to.

A lovely home from home, the apartment is furnished well, with everything you could need at hand in the kitchen. Helen and Jonathan were extremely helpful and responsive, wonderful hosts. A very cozy, warm apartment and kept very clean. Ideal location for early morning walk along the beach front or lazy stroll as the sunsets, nice views and plenty of fresh air. Parking for 1 car allocated and right on the door step also handy. If we visit the area again we would look to stay here again.

Johnathan was a very responsive host. The property was ideal for our larger family. The property is situated a stones throw away from the most beautiful beach. The rooms are clean, light and airy. All bathrooms were equipped with soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Johnathon even gave us a late check out on the Sunday morning because of the weather which was very much appreciated

A lovely place with beautiful views, easy to find and quick check in thanks to the instructions sent. Very relaxing and the bed was so comfortable. Only thing was the hot tub wasn’t working the best but still able to go in and still enjoy it and the shower splashes over the bath soaking the floor but nothing to extreme that couldn’t be dried with a towel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back

Another fantastic few days at Vera’s beautiful place at Horton. The house is immaculate and has recently been decorated so it looks even better. You cannot beat the location, right on the beach with amazing panoramic views. If you want a quiet break, with great walks and a beach front location this would be hard to beat.

The view from the deck alone is worth the 5 stars. Only had a night and our last minute booking wasn’t a problem for Anwen who was very responsive and helpful. Had a great meal and a warm welcome in the bar at 3 rivers hotel 5 minutes down the road. We walked the estuary at low tide - watch out for muddy sections. Also walked up the hill above the hotel for even more stunning views from the top.

Lovely accommodation, beautiful location, spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water and heating as we stayed in March. Cottage was well equiped and recently decorated . Thanks Janine , we will be back. Mark and Kate

The Cottage was stunning and in a fantastic location. Mostly everything you needed was there even bath towels. The rooms were lovely and well presented. The place was welcoming and clean and the view over the river/estury was amazing. Such a peaceful location ideal for families right next to the town, walks, pubs, restaurants, shop, castle and the Dylan Thomas boathouse. Parking is limited around so the 6 car driveway was useful. Communication was excelkent too. We would really recommend.

Great location a minute's walk from the sandy beach. Good bedrooms and dining area. Good space for chilling - big sofa & chairs & TV. Mostly well equipped and working with the kitchen and bathrooms - it worked pretty well for us as a group of 4 friends cooking in & driving out to Swansea coast & the Brecon Beacons (Four Falls waterfall trail is 40mins' drive).

A lovely house in a perfect location with a great view. Easy to find, good off road parking space and clear instructions. Appreciate having milk in the fridge on arrival!

Very enjoyable stay, the property was lovely with a fantastic view of the bay and very well located within Mumbles. Sarah, the host was very responsive and helpful.

Really enjoyed our short stay in this bright, spacious flat on the waterfront with lovely views of the bay and walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Very well equipped kitchen with instructions for everything. Wayne and Jan communicated very well and provided some welcome gifts ready for our arrival. The road outside is a little busy at times but the double glazing provides good soundproofing and bedrooms are at the back so very quiet. Parking space was a bit tight for our rented medium-sized car so we didn’t use it. Usually managed to find parking on the street. Thanks Jan and Wayne.

Really good location and lovely flat with a great view of the marina

A great apartment in an even better location. Right on the coastal path and Loughor estuary the views are amazing and change completely with the weather and times of day. We spent one night on the balcony watching the stars and some meteors and the next watching a distant storm. Make sure to pack some binoculars. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities and then some. A great kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. The three floors up might be challenging for some, I had a moon boot on during our stay, took a while to get up but the stairs are nicely spaced. it's a great place to go and chill and a great base to visit local attractions or to just wander down to the beach. Would for sure go back again. especially when I can walk more(at all 😂)

A great place with new beautiful surroundings. Had a small issue with the washing machine but the owner was quick to respond and solved the issue. It was a pleasant stay.

This was our third visit to this lovely apartment. The sea views are just wonderful. It's always hard to leave. We will be back! Highly recommended.

It was my second time staying here, once again it was perfect for my needs. Super clean and tidy, gorgeous view, tea and coffee provided. I love the extra snuggle blankets for when you're on the sofa!
