And the upper level features two bedrooms and a full bath. Free parking on premises enough for two vehicles. Thereās plenty of space in this 1040 sqft house to feel relaxed during your stay.

Each of it's 8 lofts feature unique design and architectural elements. The sophisticated yet comfortable decor of the Piper Suite will welcome you home. Built in 1872 to house Central New York Railroad linemen, it later was offices for a booming downtown center. Now, old and new blend beautifully to create an urban oasis.

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
