Location, location, location! Right on the water, hot tub was great, comfortable place and it was just perfect for us. We loved the local wineries and other activities and it was so nice to come back to that beautiful lake view at the end of the day. Thanks so much Nick and Chrissy! We would love to come back one day.

Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The place was safe. The yard was fenced. The entire home was well stocked. I truly felt at home.

great place. my kids loved the house and especially the games and whatnot that are part of the rv park (right behind the house and included) The hosts were great and responsive. They went out of their way to make our stay fun.

Luz was a great host! Quick response to any questions and gave very clear instructions. House was squeaky clean and looked exactly how the listing looked. If i could give a higher rating i would. Excellent host I would highly recommend!

Great place in Sylvan Beach! Close to Main St. & the beach. Very comfortable and quiet!

Annie’ cootage was great! Spacious, clean, quiet, and easy to get to the wineries in the Finger Lakes. Amazing views of Cayuga Lake were to be had from the dock, fire pit, and even in bed as the place faces east allowing the morning sun to fill up the place. The bed is comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen and outdoor grill served our needs thoroughly. My wife and I would stay here again with our dogs.

Michele and Andy were friendly, helpful, hospitable hosts, and their farm is beautiful! We enjoyed a relaxing weekend surrounded by their horses, cows, fields and forests. The house itself has rustic, unpolished, handmade charm and is decorated very tastefully. The bed was comfortable, the wood stove was easy to use and helped us stay warm for our winter visit. Michele was accommodating of our arrival and departure times, going out of her way to try to help us adjust plans to match the weather. She was also very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and information about the area. We highly recommend staying here!

The house was perfect! Seems to be an all season location. Fantastic access to Hamilton and Colgate. Also great location for discovering restaurants and activities beyond Hamilton. Can’t wait to visit again!

The Little House is in a perfect location, near scenic trails and some of the best restaurants, wineries, and breweries in the area. Communication with Hannah and Dustin was great, and they recommended some local spots and even places in another nearby town we were staying in the night before checking in.

The cabin was lovely and grounds nice—can tell the owners are thoughtful. I would stay there again if travels took me to Ithica.

We have stayed at this place several times. As always, Kate is a great host. It is a cozy home that is in a pretty location and has the comforts of home.

We had a great vacation at Greg’s place. Relaxing on the deck listening to the waves lapping on our beach and the gentle little waterfall next to the house with a perfect view of the lake and the hills on the far shore at sunset or any other time of day, I’ll never forget it. The house has everything you need. The area has many vineyards and waterfalls to visit. Just chilling by the lake with the various water toys can make a perfect vacation day.

Vicki is a great host and very attentive to guests needs. she checks in and asks if you need anything. Also had some extra care items in case you forget something. The lake and view are outstanding!! the location is very easy to get to. My only critique is: it's listed as a 2 bedroom, when really it's a 1 bedroom with a small loft with a bed... however, it was perfect for the 2 of us, and we really enjoyed out time.

Amazing spot on the river - literally right there. Like 1 minute. Can’t get closer without being in it! House was great, beds comfortable, everything you needed - games for days! We will be back!!

This was a perfect little cottage which sits directly on the edge of a beautiful lake. Heidi worked with me around our schedule which was very helpful. The electric fireplace was more than adequate to keep us warm at night. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had a little glitch with the wifi but this was not consequential. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a fabulous time. (A little nerve wracking with the parking situation, but we managed) The set up of the home was perfect for a family of 4, two decks with a view; felt as we were in a tree house. Easy check in, easy to navigate around and clean. We swam everyday, nice swim spot for kids. Our son fished morning and evening, ended up catching 2 and half in total. Marine near by, for a boat rental. Grilled homemade pizzas, overall great way to end the Summer- thank you for sharing your home with us.

What an incredible house in an unbelievable location! Sioux's place was the perfect spot to spend a few days hiding away from the noise of the world. It is hard to describe how gorgeous it is to be so close to the lake. The house was set up perfectly for guests. Everything you needed was there, everything was labeled, etc. I've never found an AirBnB host that did so much to make our stay so easy. And, when we did have questions, Sioux responded quickly and helpfully.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was impeccably clean, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The view was nothing short of breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation and unforgettable moments. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
