Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.
