L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

From Pontremoli to the village of Ponticello

5 minutes from Pontremoli is the village of Ponticello known for its stone tower houses and barrel arches. Inside the village is my accommodation with a separate entrance. The apartment is independent with a lovely balcony where you can dine or sunbathe in complete relaxation. It is 5 km from the Pontremoli tollbooth, 40 minutes from Lerici, 1 hour from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, 55 minutes from Versilia and just over 1 hour from Pisa and Lucca. E-bike rental is available.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, or with friends you can organize barbecues, parties and stay all together in a single recently renovated stone house. The house has been renovated with the most modern systems and is equipped with solar panels, thermal insulation, and new windows. It is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars. In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Today, the former Ferretti farmhouse is a cosy holiday home in the countryside. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors and offers 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups looking to stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, surrounded by nature, the peace of the countryside and wildlife, and immersed in the large, well-equipped garden.

Ca La Broca® is located in Castagnetoli, away from the chaos of the city and framed in the Teglia Valley in the wonderful lands of Lunigiana. Suitable for those seeking peace and quiet in contact with nature, which dominates the medieval village. The A15 Pontremoli exit is 6 km away, connecting La Spezia and the subsequent marvelous Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Levanto and other noteworthy tourist resorts on both the Ligurian and Tuscan coasts in 30-40 minutes.

The house is located in northern Tuscany, in the heart of green Lunigiana, on the edge of a chestnut forest with a fantastic view of the Apennines. The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday and it is not far from the mediterranean coast and the Cinque Terre (Unesco Heritage). The house and the garden are independent and for the exclusive use of the guests.
