Monthly Rentals in Taiki, Watarai District

Yuya’s home is beautiful and so worth the price! He provides delicious complimentary breakfast with your choice of drink and changes your sheets and towels throughout the day. The home is a beautiful private traditional house with a stunning garden in the center, and is well insulated with heaters when it gets cold. This is my second time staying here and in both trips this was the highlight of my stay! Thank you Yuya for the best experience!

Joint House was an intercept peaceful and removing location to stay at! there were so many accomodations to the property and any time I had a question the hosts were responsive and eager to help out. My only complaint isn't as much about the property but rather the distance from major cities. while this was part of it's charm, it did loose many conveniences and it's harder to adjust if you don't have a car. Even so, I would 200% stay there again!!

It was a simple and nice old house.There were all the important things, and the large screen was good. The host was also a nice person and went to a recommended bath.I want to stay again!

The owner is an elderly lady, and the room was very comfortable. She was very enthusiastic in recommending nearby attractions and restaurants. Since it's a traditional Japanese-style house, you can hear a bit from the next room, but that didn’t affect my stay at all. I really admire her passion and how she was able to communicate in simple English. It was lovely to chat with her :)
