The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

We shared – Andreas and Michaela, the children Sofia, Samuel and Linda as well as our grandma Rosa – manage the Mahrhof on the sunny side of Tesido, in the east of Plan de Corones. Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
