Located in the immediate vicinity of Pessac center (many shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, art and experimental cinema, swimming pool...). Multimodal hub with SNCF train station (Bordeaux Arcachon line 300 m away). Tram B stop 30 m away (Camponac stop) Coulée verte and Camponac Park in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Closed bike storage in the building.

Relax in this spacious and elegant accommodation, completely renovated in the spirit of the Bassins à Flots, a former industrial district of Bordeaux. Enjoy the lovely terrace without vis-à-vis, the four comfortable bedrooms and an open living room very friendly. The accommodation has an ideal location for discovering Bordeaux, close to the Cité du Vin, the river, shops and restaurants, and four tram stations from the historic center of Bordeaux (about 20 minutes by walk).
