Lovely tastefully renovated barn, ideal location.

Beautifully renovated barn ideally located by the Golf Course of Talloires and the Natural Reserve of Le Roc du Chère between the villages of Menthon and Talloires. An ideal gateaway for a family or couples to enjoy the charm of the place and the hamlet of Echarvines and all it has to offer at your finger tips: golf, walks, parapente, nautical activities, gastronomy, Annecy and of course the bay of Talloires (which Winston Churchill referred to as “the most beautiful place on earth”)

A living area is featured with large glass windows providing a view of the surrounding landscape. Two armchairs in warm tones are positioned around a circular coffee table, accompanied by a small ottoman. A wall-mounted television is visible across from the seating area.

Maison EXTI

New detached house (2023) with a very nice lake view. 4-star furnished tourist accommodation in February 2024. The layout is made so that everyone has their privacy (2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 4 beds, 3 shower rooms and 2 toilets). 5 min walk to lake and center and 10 min drive to Annecy. The accommodation is located on the D909a connecting Annecy to the resorts of La Clusaz, Gd Bo... Independent accommodation, we will be your neighbors so present to share our good deals!
