Large chalet with amazing view

In the surrounding of Annecy as the mountains start , this 180m² big chalet-style home will be the perfect place for family reunion or holidays with friends. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Beautiful 95 m2 chalet completely renovated 7 metres from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from ski resorts. As a backdrop, you'll have a stunning panoramic view of the lake. You can enjoy the lake throughout the day for swimming, paddleboarding or canoeing (two paddleboards and a canoe on site), or play a game of petanque (court on site). The sauna isn't functional yet!

New rental, completely renovated and very well located. Lake Annecy is less than 10 minutes (about 4 km) and the nearest ski resorts are 20 minutes. Many leisure activities nearby, such as paragliding, canyoning, hiking and many others... The bike path that allows you to go around the lake, is accessible from the village.
