The apartment is on the lower level of a 3-family house with a separate entrance through the garden. Both the bathroom and the approx. 30 m² rooms have daylight and windows. There is an electric kettle in the apartment. There is no kitchen. There are restaurants, bakeries, a butcher, a fish shop, a supermarket and many other places in the immediate vicinity. You can get a snack everywhere. The area is very quiet, and the train station is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

We are in an idyllic location near Bietigheim-Bissingen. Right between the Untermberg ruins and the Enz-Aue near the recreational center Nature Park: Stromberg-Heuchelberg. For physical fitness, we have a training tower from Kettler. And a well-shaped bathtub that invites you to relax after work ;)
