Fully equipped studio in Praz de Lys. It has a sofa bed and a folding bed for possibly a 3rd person (child). Guests can take advantage of the large, very quiet balcony to admire the view of the nearby mountains. The apartment is located close to shops (restaurants, shops, ski school...) and the tourist office which can advise you on the many activities offered (hiking, cycling... summer and ski resort in winter). My apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator access in the old historic village of Taninges and has a shared garden. It was refurbished in 2021. All shops are within walking distance, bakeries, supermarket, organic shop, health center etc... Taninges is located close to the Praz-de-Lys, Les Gets Portes du Soleil, and Morillon Grand Massif ski resorts. In winter, a shuttle a 2-minute walk from the apartment will take you to Praz-de-Lys.

Beautiful apartment built by us, south facing with large terrace, shared outdoor space and unobstructed view of the mountains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

INDEPENDENT COTTAGE AT THE FOOT OF THE MOUNTAINS

A small cottage ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children at the foot of the mountains, 1.8 km from the ski slopes of the Morillon ski resort and the Grand Massif area (Flaine, Samoëns, Les Carroz). You can enjoy downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing... A beautiful view of the mountains awaits you. We can guide you through the discovery of the valley. We can provide you with linens and towels for 10 euros per person.

Unique 'Ski in - Ski out' self catered chalet

We have put in place additional cleaning measures to deal with COVID-19 The chalet, aptly named Le Shed, is perfect for winter ski holidays or for mountain biking and walking holidays. Literally situated on the piste in La Turche it is next to the ski lift; truly ski in, ski out! The lift gives access to the Portes du Soleil ski area which includes 650 kilomètres of ski pistes which cross the Swiss /French border.

Close to all amenities, 2-minute drive to the center or 10-minute walk along the pedestrian path. It is also located in the heart of the Haute-Savoie resorts.

Ground floor of an authentic alpine chalet nestled in the heart of a preserved valley, close to the resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys. You will appreciate the cozy side of the accommodation, the surrounding nature and the possibility to fully enjoy the outdoor activities around the chalet with family or friends. You will also have private access to the Nordic bath (optional for short stays of less than a week).
