Monthly Rentals in Tarpon Springs

For someone wanting to be close to a beach or in a quiet place it was perfect. We took our bikes and can ride to anything within 5 miles. Really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the house was comfortable and feel like we had everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Julia was always generous to answer any questions and easy to rent from.

This was our 2nd year to stay at Thomas’ and Ann’s home. This year our 2 children and their spouses came for a few days. It worked okay with 6 adults, but the small bedroom with the trundle bed is very tight when the bottom mattress is pulled out. It would be great for kids, and we made do. It is a peaceful area and a nice sitting area outside. We hope to return.

Chris’s place was wonderful and just as described. He gave me detailed check-in and check-out instructions that were easy to follow. Location felt safe and several restaurant choices within walking distance. Great stay.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing, every little homey touch and personalization was perfect! We felt right at home and even enjoyed the front porch at night. We would stay here again if we ever come back to this area! Thank you Debbie and Herb for the wonderful place you’ve created! 🤍
