We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. NOTE: We have a caretaker on the property who takes care of the maintenance of the garden, pool and cleaning of the house; he lives on the same plot but in a separate house independent of the guests.
