Large house with three suites, all with Split, WiFi internet, large living room and kitchen together, fully furnished and equipped. With a leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and shower. Located 670 meters from the beaches of Geribá. OBS: For the Christmas and New Year period the minimum package is seven days. We keep a housekeeper on the property who takes care of the maintenance of the garden, swimming pool and house cleaning, he lives on the same land but in a separate house independent of that of the guests.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
